Who we are

ModelTree is a marketplace for cast-ready jewellery models operated by GoldTree, based in Israel. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GoldTree.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use ModelTree. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Membership and payments

Membership is billed at ₪55 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in new Israeli shekels and include VAT where applicable.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless the law requires otherwise.

Marketplace purchases and licences

Buying or downloading a model grants you a non-exclusive licence to use it under the terms shown on the model's page. Models remain the intellectual property of their designers or of GoldTree. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license a model as a standalone file.

Designer content and obligations

If you upload models, you confirm you own them or are licensed to sell them and that they infringe no one's rights. You grant ModelTree the right to host, display, and distribute your models to buyers. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.

Custom modelling requests

Custom work is quoted and agreed before any charge. Deliverables, revisions, and timelines are set out in the request thread. Ownership of a commissioned model transfers to you on full payment unless agreed otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: no unlawful or infringing content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no scraping of the catalog. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Because models are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise or a model is materially faulty. Membership refunds follow our refund policy.

Disclaimers and liability

ModelTree is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, and continued use after it takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
